I am Salve, the thief,
Four brothers are we;
One is hungry, the other well fed,
But thieves all four are we.

One is a pickpocket,
The second-a pimp, a handsome fellow;
One is hijacker on the lookout for packages,
And I am a house thief.

A pimp is common,
As all agree:
From his own wife,
He gets the disease
To be a hijacker is bitter:
You can rupture your lung,
It's hard to earn something with some of the packages,
The best thing is to be a house thief.
