TREES Table of Contents

Heavenly Father
who builds Zion and establishes the sovereignty of Israel
Look out from your holy abode, from heaven
and bless Your people Israel
and the soil You gave us,
as You swore to our ancestors.[1]

Adonai, look in favor on your land and bestow Your good grace upon it.
Saturating its furrows, leveling its ridges
You soften it with showers, You bless its growth.[2]

Deepen the roots of these seedlings that we are planting today.
Cause them to grow in order to beautify and glorify the land with all of the other trees of Israel.

Strengthen, too, our roots in the land of our ancestors,
Cause us to grow for blessing together with these trees and
Bless, through us, all the families of the earth.
Truth springs up form the earth; justice looks down from heaven. [3]

Amen
